REFUND

Refund Policy

1. No Refunds on Digital Products

All sales are final. Due to the instant delivery of digital goods (keys, files, access), refunds are not provided after purchase.

2. Exceptions (Rare Cases)

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • Product was not delivered within 24 hours
  • Activation key is invalid and cannot be replaced
  • Double payment due to a technical error

Request must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

3. How to Request

Message @ewinnery with:

  • Order ID / Transaction ID
  • Proof of payment
  • Clear reason

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • "I changed my mind"
  • Key was already activated
  • Account banned due to misuse
  • Did not read product description

6. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent account ban and legal action if necessary.
